The good news is, were up and running. However, before the dust settles let me explain what being in beta means.
Since we initially launched September 1st, we’ve had a number of page, database and miscellaneous issues we’ve had to work through to get the site working correctly. Most of these issues were caused when we moved the domain over from our development site. During beta we are making active code changes, database updates and working through planned changes everyday.
Currently, a number of known issues exist but were working on them. These include system integrations with the feedback system, adding help topics, advanced search, page security and numerous miscellaneous issues including display updates to this blog. While were hoping to fix most, if not all of these issues by November 1st, you may still experience a few issues. If so, we recommend you submit a Support ticket. We will do our best to respond within 24 hours to resolve your issue.
Because were in beta, SecondWind Marketplace is providing a special promotion to show appreciation for our growing customer base. From now until November 1st, 2010, all of the site’s fees are waived. This means even if your listing doesn’t sell immediately, you can relist it for FREE!
