This includes compliance with all federal, state or local laws and not engaging in misleading or illegal behavior. Therefore SecondWind Marketplace is not liable for any violations of rights inclusing intellectual property rights, trade mark rights, and copyright resulting from an auction. SecondWind Marketplace reserves the right to remove any auction, bid, offer, member account, or comment at its own discretion.
